Lorebound is for collaborative fiction. That only works if people can trust the table.
Respect the other writer
Do not harass, impersonate, or dogpile. Critique worlds and scenes, not the person. If someone asks you to stop, stop.
Consent in play
Ask before injuring, killing, romancing, or revealing another character’s secrets. Honor stated boundaries. Fade-to-black is always allowed.
Ratings
Label SFW, mature, and adult work honestly. Do not put adult content where a space is marked safe. Age confirmation exists because mixed-age creative spaces need a gate.
Safety tools
Signed-in members can block other players and send private reports from the in-app Safety page. Blocks hide that person from you. Reports are not shown to the person you reported.
If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Lorebound cannot intervene in a real-world emergency. In the US, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Other people’s work
Do not upload art, text, or assets you do not have the right to use. Fan-created canon in a published setting must be unofficial and non-commercial on Lorebound. See the intellectual-property policy.
